This promotion is intended for play and participation by persons located in the State of Texas in the United States only, and shall be construed and evaluated accordingly to the laws of the State of Texas and the United States.

TO ENTER: The Celebrate June Dairy Month Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) may be entered by visiting http://www.facebook.com/DairyMAX.Local.Dairy.Council between 12:01 AM May 13, 2011, and 11:59 PM June 10, 2011. Or by sending a  3”x5” index card with your legal name, phone number and physical addressed to:

DairyMAX is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information or for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for computer system or phone line errors, software/hardware malfunctions or other errors,failures or delays in transmissions that are human or technical in nature. Entry Forms are available to persons without obligation. Entry forms must be complete and must be legible by reasonable standards to be considered a valid entry. DairyMAX is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any acts, events or errors, human or technical in nature that affects a person’s ability to visit Texas Rangers, the ability to enter the Sweepstakes on-site; or the ability to win the prize. All entries become property of DairyMAX and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly award prize from among eligible entries received as of the time of such action should any cause beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration or proper play of the game. DRAWING AND PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize winner will get four (4) tickets to the June 25th, 2011 Texas Rangers home game and the ceremonial first pitch. Winners will be determined in a random drawing to be held after the close of the Promotion Period on or about June 15, 2011. The drawing will be conducted by an independent 3rd party whose decisions are final in all matters. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by entry deadline. 

All expenses not specified herein (including meals, transportation to/from events, etc.) are sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In case of unavailability, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

ELIGILBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to persons who are legal residents of the State of Texas 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising/promotion agencies involved with this promotion (“Sweepstakes Parties”) and the immediate families and household members of such persons are not eligible to win.

RELEASE: By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold Sweepstakes Parties and each of their respective directors, employees and agents, harmless from any liability, loss or damage incurred from participating in this Sweepstakes, or the use, misuse or acceptance of prize, or attendance of the event. Acceptance of prize constitutes permissions to Sweepstakes Parties to use winners’ names, photograph or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion of the event or otherwise without further compensation,except where prohibited.

GENERAL: Sponsor reserves the right, as its sole discretion, to disqualify anyone found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries will be deemed made by the person whose name appears on the Sweepstakes entry form.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the person whose name appears on the Sweepstakes entry form, subject to eligibility requirements. All issues and question concerning the construction, validity interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in the State in Tarrant County.

WINNER LIST: To obtain the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to June Dairy Month Sweepstakes, after 6/25/11 by 7/25/11. Winner list will be sent upon verification of eligibility.

DATA COLLECTION: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants when they enter the Sweepstakes. Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy statement at www.DairyMAX.org.
