Elizabeth brings over 20 years of experience in education and childhood nutrition. The Dairy MAX mission and the relationships built with the dairy farmers is what attracted her to the position originally, while her passion for education, nutrition and people makes her feel at home with the organization. Elizabeth has a wide array of sales experience with Hershey’s Ice Cream and Leon’s Texas Cuisine balanced with her experience in child nutrition as a former Child Nutrition Director. Elizabeth believes strongly in K-12 nutrition education and feels the childhood years provide the best opportunity to affect change within the health & wellness industry. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, baking and water activities. Elizabeth and her partner, Michael, have three daughters: Kara, Courtney, and Shelby.
