Hollis Sophus has a passion for human resources and a heart for serving others, leading her to join Dairy MAX in 2022 to help its HR department’s operations run smoothly. Previously working for TMG Core, Mocho Park Care Center, Novartis, Alameda County Medical Center and Del Monte Foods, Hollis gained experience as a business office manager, HR assistant, senior data HR administrator and more. She holds bachelor’s degree minoring in human resources from Colorado Technical University and a master’s degree in Christian Studies from Grand Canyon University plus a notary public certification from the State of Texas. Hailing from New Orleans, Hollis lives in Arlington, Texas, and has four adult children.
