Favorite physical activity:
Walking and Zumba.
Weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten:
I really don’t eat weird things, but I had squirrel once as a child.
Your food/nutrition mentor growing up:
Definitely my mom. She believed in dairy foods – a glass of milk would heal almost anything! As well as she made sure that every day we had opportunity to eat a variety of good foods and a healthy breakfast.
