Nicole Croy (Colorado)
Director, School Wellness
Nicole Croy brings more than 15 years of experience in education to her position with Dairy MAX (Western Dairy Association before the merger). She is passionate about youth health and wellness and the impact Fuel Up to Play 60 has on students – in fact, she implemented the program at her own children’s school. Nicole belongs to the Colorado School Nutrition Association, sits on the Advisory Board for Colorado Action for Healthy Kids, is the Health Wellness, and Safety Co-Chair for Colorado Parent Teacher Association and a member of the Jefferson County Schools District Health Advisory Council. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Regis University and lives in her hometown of Westminster, Colorado, with her husband, and their two children.

Spinach and mozzarella cheese omelet.
Your food/nutrition mentor growing up:
My grandma Rosie: she had such an ability to show her love for her family through home-cooked meals.
