Norma Renteria (Texas)
Program Coordinator, Meetings and Events
Norma Renteria loves being able to fulfill people’s dreams through great events. She was initially only performing temporary administrative work for Dairy MAX, who brought her on full-time in August 2018 after learning she had several years of experience as an independent event planner and was a Certified Meeting Professional. Norma holds a degree in broadcast marketing and digital media from Northlake College, with minors in accounting and applied science, as well as digital media and design. Born in Chihuahua, Mexico and raised in Dallas, Texas, she now lives in Irving with her husband, Amado and their 6-year-old daughter Nevaeh. She still finds time to serve as chair of the Genesis Women’s Shelter for the fourth consecutive year, co-manage the charitable work department of her church, teach Sunday school, and serve as PTO treasurer and Booster mom. In her free time works as on-air radio talent for Fierro 107.5FM.
