Tanya Dillon has a knack for nutrition and for reaching people: In addition to being a registered and licensed dietitian, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Master of Public Health in community health education. After attending the University of California, Irvine; California State University, Long Beach; and Oregon State University, she joined the U.S. Army, where she earned several military awards, including 2 Army Commendation Medals and 2 Army Achievement Meals. She later jumped into her nutrition career with Aramark and UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center), in positions including clinical dietitian and administrative director for UPMC’s Diabetes Center of Excellence.
Tanya joined Dairy MAX in 2020, eager to be a part of our exciting community work. Originally hailing from Orange, California, she now lives in San Antonio, Texas, with her husband. Rick; their two children; and a goldendoodle.
