Sarah Bauman is thrilled to help connect Americans with dairy farmers while combining her passions for agriculture and communications at Dairy MAX, where she joined the team in 2022.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in human development from Texas Tech University. She is also a certified community and economic developer and a 2021 graduate of Leadership Women. Before joining Dairy MAX, she served as communications manager for Johnson County Special Utility District and executive director of the Hamilton Economic Development Corporation.
Sarah stays active in her community through the Hamilton County Farm Bureau board and as a member of the IU chapter of P.E.O. She and her husband, Josh, are raising their three sons in Hamilton, Texas, where they continue their family’s cattle ranching legacy.
Favorite physical activity: Hiking a new trail.
