Sarah Bauman is thrilled to combine her passions for agriculture, communications and relationship-building to help connect dairy farmers with the impact their checkoff investment is making through Dairy MAX programs.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in human development from Texas Tech University, a background that shaped her belief in the importance of strong relationships, clear communication and meaningful connections. She is also a certified community and economic developer and a 2021 graduate of Leadership Women. Before joining Dairy MAX in 2022, she served as communications manager for Johnson County Special Utility District and executive director of the Hamilton Economic Development Corporation.
Sarah stays active in her community through the Hamilton County Farm Bureau board and as a member of the IU chapter of P.E.O. She and her husband, Josh, are continuing their family’s cattle ranching legacy in Hamilton, Texas, and are proud to watch their three sons attend Texas Tech University while staying connected to their agricultural roots.
