Dairy MAX Farm-to-School Curriculum (K-3)
This curriculum is all about the sustainable journey milk takes from the farm to your students’ plates, at school and at home. Four lesson plans discuss everything from cow care and how cows turn plants into milk to sustainable farming and how farmers are the original recyclers. Throughout each lesson, students will also learn about the unique nutritional benefits of dairy that help them build strong bodies and minds. Each lesson plan includes:

Fuel Up to Play 60/Farm to School Play in a Box
The Fuel Up to Play 60 Farm to School Play in a Box takes you and your students on the journey milk takes from the farm to the fridge. Bonus: The activities will also help you check off the Farm to School Healthy Eating Play!
This kit has two parts: Education (learning about local foods in the area and understanding their benefits) and Implementation (bringing locally produced food and dairy into school in a practical way). The included Educator Guide will walk you through all of the lessons found in the kit, as well as extra content: pre-assessment questions, reflection questions, facilitator tips, and answer keys. Additional resources and optional homework assignments are also included.
