Dr. Carol Bradley specializes in cardiac and heart health; nutritional needs pertaining to behavioral and mental health; food safety; and more. Dr. Bradley holds an Master of Arts in nutrition from the University of Texas and a Ph.D. in school and behavioral psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University. Carol currently works with intellectually disabled individuals who are medically fragile. 

Favorite healthy breakfast: 
An omelet with jalapeno peppers, mushrooms, spinach and Swiss cheese.

Best advice you’ve ever received:
“You’ve got to flex if you want to live.” In other words, don’t stress over most things that happen in life.

Your food or nutrition mentor growing up:
My mom. She got a home economics degree from UT during WWII with an emphasis in nutrition and child development.
