By opting in to receive SMS messages from Dairy MAX, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

Program Name: Dairy MAX

Program Description. Dairy MAX offers recurring SMS messaging to provide timely information and updates relevant to dairy farmers, industry partners, event participants, and other Dairy MAX stakeholders. Messages may include dairy industry updates, upcoming event information, meeting reminders, program announcements, resource updates, and promotional highlights related to Dairy MAX initiatives.

Message frequency varies based on engagement, program activity, and the types of updates you have requested or agreed to receive.

Opting In. You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Dairy MAX through an online form, event registration, written form, keyword opt-in, or another Dairy MAX-approved sign-up method.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you authorize Dairy MAX to send recurring SMS messages to the mobile number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services, donating, participating in Dairy MAX programs, or otherwise engaging with Dairy MAX.

Opting Out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Dairy MAX unless you opt in again.

If you wish to rejoin, you may opt in again through the original sign-up method or another Dairy MAX-approved sign-up method, and messaging will resume.

Carrier Disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from Dairy MAX and for messages you send to Dairy MAX. Charges are determined by your wireless provider. Please contact your mobile carrier with questions about your text or data plan.

Privacy. Your privacy matters to us. Information collected through SMS messaging will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Dairy MAX does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in information or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data may be shared with service providers only as necessary to operate the SMS messaging program.
