Cardiologist, Cardiovascular Associates of East Texas and Tyler Cardiac and Endovascular Center
Dr. Hector Ceccoli has over 20 years of experience as a practicing cardiologist with expertise in invasive cardiology and cardiac device implantation. Dr. Ceccoli formerly served as the Medical Director of Mobile Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory of East Texas Regional Medical System and as President of Houston County Medical Society. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the Smith County Medical Society and holds a certification from the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology for Special Competency of Pacing and Electrical Defibrillation.
Born in Pergamino, Buenos Aires, Argentina, Dr. Ceccoli graduated from Universidad Nacional del Rosario in Santa Fe Argentina before completing his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, becoming Chief Resident of Internal Medicine and completing a Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He moved to Texas in 2000 and currently lives and works in Tyler, Texas. He is the father to three boys, ages 20, 18 and 14. In his free time, you’ll find him playing tennis, skiing, camping, mountain biking, archery target shooting, cooking, reading, acting or dancing. Dr. Ceccoli is currently a cast member in Tyler Junior College’s Academy of Dance annual production of The Nutcracker.
