Vice President, Impact & Innovation

Texas

Will has always admired the hard work and dedication dairy farmers devote to feeding families. As vice president of impact and innovation, Will helps lead strategic initiatives that move our mission forward. He ensures we measure what matters — tracking progress, evaluating results and using data to guide smart decisions. He also manages our organizational scorecard, fosters collaboration across teams and leads innovation efforts that help us grow and evolve.

After graduating from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing, Will worked for the McCombs School of Business and nonprofits like the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Robert Griffin III Foundation. He enjoys reading, traveling and sports. Originally a native of Copperas Cove, Texas, Will currently lives in Jarrell, Texas with his Red Raider wife Alyssa, and their two dogs, Scarlet and Shelton.

One food you’d want if stranded on a desert island:
Menudo.

Weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten:
Chicken hearts, courtesy of my host mom during my semester abroad in Seville, Spain.

Best advice you’ve ever received:
Don’t make decisions when you’re angry, and don’t make promises when you’re happy.
