  • 1 1/2 cups cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups jalapeno, fresh, finely diced
  • 1 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, granulated
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
