Bill Keating

Bill Keating brings more than 35 years of experience in dairy processing to his position at Dairy MAX (Western Dairy Association before the merger) – including 10 years of managing a large-scale fluid milk and culture dairy processing plant. Bill joined Western Dairy Association in 2012 and managed Industry Image and Relations.

Bill attended University of Northern Colorado, University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and Regis University. He loves golf, skiing and playing guitar and has two adult daughters. He lives in his hometown of Colorado Springs.

Roberta Anding, MS, RD/LD, CSSD, CDE, FAND

Roberta Anding is an award-winning teacher, professional sports dietitian and experienced speaker, who has contributed to numerous publications.

A consultant for the Baylor College of Medicine Corporate Programs team and instructor in the Baylor Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Roberta is also sports dietitian for the Houston Astros and has taught at the Tulane Medical Center/Medical School, The University of Houston School of Nursing and Rice University.

Gretchen Crichton

Gretchen Crichton is a big believer in health and wellness – as well as the values and history of the dairy industry – so she was excited to join Dairy MAX as business development manager in November 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Texas State University and 15 years of experience in marketing and PR at McDonald’s Corporation and at Culver Public Relations.

Essence Riley

Essence Riley came to Dairy MAX motivated to create meaningful experiences for dairy consumers and dairy farmers. She attended both Howard University and Northwestern University, earning a BBA in marketing and an MS in integrated marketing communications. She began her career at Discover Card, has served as an account executive at Schafer Condon Carter in Chicago and came to Dairy MAX in February 2016. She currently lives in Frisco, Texas with her husband, Adrian, son Caleb and daughter Skylar. 

Gina Hernandez

Gina Hernandez has a heart for service and a newfound passion for working with dairy farmers. For 20 years, she worked as an executive assistant, serving Academic Partnerships, Baylor Scott & White Health and The Dallas Morning News. She came to Dairy MAX in June 2016 inspired by the leadership she saw, as well as the hard work shown by dairy farmers. Gina currently lives in Grand Prairie, Texas, and has two children, Jennifer and Austin, and grandchildren, Tyler, Peyton and Michael. 

Toby Amidor, MS, RD, CDN

Toby is the founder of Toby Amidor Nutrition, where she provides nutrition and food safety consulting services for individuals, restaurants and food brands. She is a nutrition expert for FoodNetwork.com, writing for their Healthy Eats blog; a regular contributor to U.S. News and World Report’s Eat + Run blog, Shape.com and MensFitness.com; and an adjunct professor at Teachers College, Columbia University. She also has her own “Ask the Expert” column in Today’s Dietitian magazine. Toby trained as a clinical dietitian at New York University.
