Mary Dickson started her education in nursing, but an awesome professor for her Nutrition 101 class inspired her to switch her major to nutrition. She earned a Bachelor of Science in dietetics from Texas Christian University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After serving as a community dietitian for ARAMARK Education K-12 and as a clinical dietitian for Arlington Memorial Hospital (now Texas Health), she joined the Dairy MAX team in 2012. A member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Mary lives in Rockwall, Texas, with her husband, John, their two kids.
