McKensie Montgomery MDA, RDN, LD

Farming families hold a special place in McKensie Montgomery’s heart, as she grew up planting large gardens with her family. When Dairy MAX contacted her to join the team, it was a no-brainer. Her inspiration for her work comes from her parents, who prioritized healthy living in every aspect of their lives. McKensie attended both Utah Valley University and Utah State University, where she earned degrees in nutrition and food science (emphasis: dietetics), Master of Dietetics Administration, Associate of Science Pre-Secondary Education and Bachelor of Science.

Mandy Johnson

A heart for community involvement and a passion for storytelling first drew Mandy to the Dairy MAX team. An alumna of Texas Tech University, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in public relations and has 16 years of experience. Most of her work involves sports and entertainment marketing and media relations for Sam Houston Race Park, Texas Renaissance Festival, WNBA Houston Comets, NBA Houston Rockets, Houston Toyota Center and Clutch City Sports & Entertainment.

Josh Srader

Josh Srader has always enjoyed feeding people, one way or another. He earned a Bachelor of Science in family and consumer sciences with a concentration in hospitality management and culinary from Lamar University. Moving into the sales and distribution side of the business after college, he has built up more than 15 years of experience, most recently as a category growth specialist in dairy and fresh produce. There, he discovered a love for the dairy industry that led him to the Dairy MAX team in August 2022.

Todd Green

Todd Green has been involved in the agriculture industry his whole life and wanted to do work that adds value to the lives of others, so he joined Dairy MAX in 2022 on a mission to improve the lives of dairy farm families and the communities they serve. Todd brings over 30 years of experience working for companies like Vermeer, Great Plains Manufacturing, Houston Community College and Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, with a specialty in beef cattle, hay and forage production.

Jayce Winters

Jayce Winters didn’t think she’d land in the agricultural industry, as she was drawn toward communications – but she grew up working on a ranch in western Kansas and found she couldn’t escape her passion for the people who raise our food. Both loves came into harmony through a Bachelor of Science in agriculture media and communication from West Texas A&M University, plus minors in animal science and mass communication.

Rexanna deGruy, Ph.D.

Rexanna deGruy grew up raising chickens and Brahman cattle commercially, with a farming father and an agricultural-science teaching mother. Fascinated by the chance to communicate with people from all walks of life, she pursued a Bachelor and Master of Science in agricultural communications from Texas A&M and Texas Tech University, respectively, then earned her Doctor of Philosophy in AEEE (agricultural and extension education and evaluation) from Louisiana State University.
