Sara Rose Foreman, RDN, SNS

Sara Rose Foreman joins Dairy MAX bringing extensive experience working with school districts, food service and more during a career in the Colorado Departments of Education and of Public Health and Environment. She oversaw the development administration of USDA’s Child Nutrition Programs, administered the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program across 145 schools, and even taught nutrition in a small rural village in Ghana, Africa.

Elan Carmichael

Elan Carmichael fell in love with the art and strategy of communications while earning her English degree at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. She went on to earn an MBA with a marketing concentration from Georgia Tech and then collected more than 10 years of marketing communications experience for companies including Capital One, Chick-fil-A and L’Oréal, as well as the McDonald’s account while at Moroch. After living in New York and Washington, D.C., and studying in Mexico and the Dominican Republic, Elan is excited to be back in her native Dallas to jump into the dairy world.

Candace Bell

Candace joined the Dairy MAX team in 2019 to help expand the council’s higher education and esports efforts building new relationships to connect Gen Z to the farm to table story. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University. After supporting over thirteen universities across four states as senior district marketing manager for Aramark, Candace brings over seven years of experience in food service management and marketing to the business development team.

Jordan Toliver

Jordan is a natural leader who understands the importance of hard work, determination and the dedication it takes to achieve a greater goal. While earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Central Arkansas, he played football for the school and served as the team’s captain from 2015 to 2017. This leadership experience served him well in his sales and inventory management career after college working for employers like Primerica Financial Services, Zica Auto Sales and Body, and A Plus Student Staffing.

Will Mallow

Will has always admired the hard work and dedication dairy farmers devote to feeding families. Now, after joining the Dairy MAX team as Director of Strategic Partnerships, he supports those farmers by ensuring more kids have access to the dairy nutrients their bodies need. After graduating from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing, Will worked for the McCombs School of Business and nonprofits like the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Robert Griffin III Foundation. He enjoys reading, traveling and sports.

Adrian Castresana

Adrian Castresana has more than 15 years of experience in consumer engagement, working for firms including The Marketing Arm and GMR Marketing. As a child athlete growing up, dairy and more specifically milk, was a huge part of his daily diet and today as a parent of two young children, Adrian incorporates dairy into the family's daily diet. He joined Dairy MAX in 2019, excited to merge his work background with his personal dietary choices, to spearhead engaging experiences that connect consumers with the dairy they eat and the farmers who produce it.

Wade Howard

Wade Howard’s heart is in agriculture – he loves its combination of hardworking people and wholesome products in the dairy industry. Wade formerly served as a County Extension Agent with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. With a Bachelor of Science in interdisciplinary agriculture education from Texas Tech University, Wade joined the Dairy MAX team in 2018. Originally from Sweetwater, Texas, he now lives in Hood County with his wife, Liz, daughter and two corgis. When not promoting agriculture, Wade enjoys fishing and umpiring Little League Baseball.

Nathan Hazlett

Nathaniel has been part of the Dairy MAX team since August 2016 – when he came on board to manage the Dairy Discovery Zone. The Dairy Discovery Zone is a great fit for Nathaniel because he loves working for dairy farmers, traveling, getting to know new people and helping them create memories. He received his Paramedic certification from Brookhaven College. Nathaniel enjoys volunteering with the Texas Food Bank and local animal shelters and rescue groups.

Angel Sanchez

Angel has been with Dairy MAX since 2014 working logistics in the Grand Prairie warehouse. He is certified in the Fishbowl Inventory and LilyPad applications and ensures that the Dairy MAX team has everything they need to represent our dairy farm families at various events. He is originally from Nacogdoches, Texas, and now lives in Euless, Texas, with his wife, Mayra, and his daughter, Emma.
