Anne Vanbeber, Ph.D., RDN, LD, FAND

Dr. Anne VanBeber, a nutrition educator for over 30 years, is a sought-after expert and author who has been quoted in Better Homes and Gardens, Cooking Light, Yoga Journal, Women’s Health and more. She currently teaches courses at Texas Christian University, including food preparation, meal management, and food and culture. Anne has also led study abroad programs in Seville, Spain, with a focus on food insecurity.

Meghan Windham, MPH, RD, LD

Meghan Windham, MPH, RD, LD graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Science. She obtained her Master’s in Public Health and completed her accredited dietetic internship at the University of Texas School of Public Health-Houston. Meghan is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and is actively involved in the Mid-East Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (METAND), Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (TAND) and Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).

Cindy Kleckner, RDN, LD, FAND

Cindy Kleckner has a passion for teaching culinary skills to anyone wanting a healthier lifestyle. You’ll find her teaching culinary classes in a variety of settings including corporate wellness programs, medical conferences, Sea Breeze Fish Market and Cooper Fitness Center Dallas. With her flair for inspiring and entertaining clients using food, Cindy translates the science of nutrition into practical solutions to help motivate behavior change.

Katy Bowen, M.S., RDN, LD

Katy Bowen grew up on a cattle ranch in the Texas Hill Country, earned a Bachelor of Science in nutritional science from Texas A&M University and later a Master of Science in nutrition from the University of the Incarnate Word. She now works for CHEF, an innovative program that provides hands-on culinary nutrition classes to children and their families in San Antonio.
