John Cass
John Cass grew up in Friona, TX on a stocker steer and dryland farming operation. He earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in animal science from Texas Tech before spending 18 years working in sales and finance at companies including Hoffmann-La Roche, Cargill and Toyota. He came to Dairy MAX in 2014 because he missed the agricultural industry. John currently lives in College Station, TX. John has two children, one in Jr. High and one in college.

Caroline Sullivan, MS, RD, CSSD, LD
Caroline Sullivan is a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics with experience in nutrition counseling for eating disorders, weight management and sports nutrition. She holds a Bachelor of Science in nutritional sciences from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in food science from the University of Arkansas. Caroline has performed research at universities in Belgium, France and Hungary, and previously worked as campus dietitian at Stephen F. Austin State University and the University of Houston.
Holly Stojanik, RDN, LD
Holly Stojanik is all about improving the health of future generations. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nutrition from Texas A&M and served as assistant child nutrition director for Brenham ISD before coming to Dairy MAX in 2012. A member of the Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Texas School Nutrition Association, Holly was named the Young Dietitian of the Year by the Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2011. Holly also serves as a co-chair of the San Antonio Mayor's Fitness Council Healthy School Committee.

From her early days on a Wyoming farm—riding her first horse at age three—to leading multi-million-dollar initiatives in consumer engagement and agriculture, Jennie McDowell brings a rare blend of grit, global perspective, and heart to her role as Chief Executive Officer of Dairy MAX.
Kim Harris
Kim Harris was a proud third-generation dairy farmer; now she uses her knowledge to educate others about agriculture. With a Bachelor of Science in general agriculture from Tarleton State University, Kim joined Dairy MAX in 2006. She lives in Stephenville, Texas, with her husband, Justin, and their son, Colton.
