Matthew Winterholler

Matthew Winterholler first discovered his interest in the agriculture industry as a teen through 4-H and FFA – and has spent his entire career as an advocate for agriculturalists. Matthew holds an associate’s degree in animal science from Casper College in Wyoming and a bachelor’s degree in agricultural communications from Texas Tech University – plus several awards and six years of experience working for checkoff-related organizations, including the National Cattlemen's Beef Association. He is now pursuing a master's degree in public relations at the University of Florida.

Michelle Van Pelt

Michelle Van Pelt is determined to prevent diet-related diseases and ensure everyone has access to healthy foods. Coming from a family of farmers and working for nonprofits, Michelle joined Dairy MAX in 2022 to make an impact on hunger initiatives.

Jolie Dubois

Jolie Dubois grew up in a family-run business and wanted to make an impact for other family-owned operations, so she joined the Dairy MAX team in 2022 to leverage her passion for marketing communications. With a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Wyoming, Jolie brings six years of experience as a marketing manager, communications and interactive marketing manager, and more for Elitch Gardens Theme & Water Park. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and enjoys reading, home improvement projects and spending time outdoors.
